Last updated: 6 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TMT Law Practice ("the Firm", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or contact us through it.

Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), your location (if given) and the content of your enquiry. We ask that you do not include confidential or commercially sensitive information in an enquiry.

Like most websites, we also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, through analytics cookies, where enabled. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the contact form is stored securely in the website’s database and forwarded by email to the Firm so that we can respond to your enquiry. We use it solely to respond to and manage your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except with service providers who host this website and deliver email on our behalf, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate record-keeping purposes, after which they are deleted.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@tmtlaw.co.in. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent applicable.

Cookies

This website may use cookies for essential functionality and, where enabled, for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the website.
