She has provided end-to-end support to numerous production houses, broadcasting companies, talent management agencies, and independent artists, provided transactional and advisory related services for content creation and content exploitation across various modes, media and formats, structured, negotiated and implemented complex transactions involving S&P compliance for scripts, development and production of audio-visual content, distribution, and acquisition of audio-visual content, merchandising deals, film licensing and assignment deals and other ancillary transactions, negotiated sponsorship and endorsement contracts including celebrity licensing, cleared advertising for use in online and off-line media, and handled product placement and media productions.

Nishtha has over 7 years of work experience in Disputes Resolution, with specific areas of expertise in Commercial Arbitrations and Corporate Insolvency issues. She started her career at Bharucha & Partners and went on to join the disputes team at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices. Prior to joining TMT Law Practice, Nishtha was a part of the Saraf and Partners Disputes Team. During her tenure at Saraf and Partners, Nishtha has represented clients on several high value arbitrations, involving disputes in the infrastructure, banking, shipping, and trade sectors. She has also represented clients in arbitration-related court proceedings. Apart from arbitrations, she has acted for clients in insolvency proceedings concerning some of the largest NPA accounts. Nishtha also advises clients on a range of regulatory issues, corporate criminal matters and litigation strategy and has wide experience in drafting as well as in strategizing for matters. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, has a keen interest in technology, Intellectual property (IP), data protection and dispute resolution laws. Tina has worked with a leading multinational IT & ITeS company where she gained the experience as a corporate transactional lawyer. Her work included review of agreements, licensing terms, negotiations, managing the intellectual property (IP) portfolio, and maintenance of technology applications and open source and licensed software. After completing her schooling from the prestigious LaMartiniere Girls College, Shivani studied at O.P. Nishtha has over 7 years of work experience in Disputes Resolution, with specific areas of expertise in Commercial Arbitrations and Corporate Insolvency issues. She started her career at Bharucha & Partners and went on to join the disputes team at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices. Prior to joining TMT Law Practice, Nishtha was a part of the Saraf and Partners Disputes Team. During her tenure at Saraf and Partners, Nishtha has represented clients on several high value arbitrations, involving disputes in the infrastructure, banking, shipping, and trade sectors. She has also represented clients in arbitration-related court proceedings. Apart from arbitrations, she has acted for clients in insolvency proceedings concerning some of the largest NPA accounts. Nishtha also advises clients on a range of regulatory issues, corporate criminal matters and litigation strategy and has wide experience in drafting as well as in strategizing for matters. She has handled a wide variety of matters and appeared before various fora, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal. Urjitah is a Principal Associate at TMT Law Practice. She graduated in 2018, and enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Since her graduation, she has worked with boutique IP law firms, servicing media and trademark (prosecution) clients, and has also worked in-house for a music label and publisher. She has had the opportunity to work with production houses, various talent and talent managers (including actors, singers, performers, songwriters, writers), ad agencies, OTT and audio streaming platforms, and music labels and publishers. Her expertise lies in transactional and pre-litigation support, deal structuring, and contract drafting, review, and negotiating, specifically pertaining to the media industry, having dealt with content creation and exploitation across various modes, branded deals for content creation and distribution, endorsements, production and other services agreements, assignment and licensing (in and out) agreements, and marketing agreements. Tina has worked with a leading multinational IT & ITeS company where she gained the experience as a corporate transactional lawyer. Her work included review of agreements, licensing terms, negotiations, managing the intellectual property (IP) portfolio, and maintenance of technology applications and open source and licensed software. She also extensively advised the business teams on export control transactions, policy making, data protection, employment and dispute resolution.

Prior to this engagement, Tina has transactional experience including due-diligence, at a law firm in the general corporate and banking team where she also got the opportunity to provide opinion to clients.

Krishi is a Senior Associate at TMT Law Practice. She has completed B.B.A LL.B. (Hons.) from University of Mumbai Law Academy in August 2021. She has garnered experience by working in media department of law firms and a production house. She has worked on several transactions pertaining to content creation and exploitation and worked on various kinds of agreements including artist management agreements, services agreements, brand solutions agreements, influencer agreements and other agreements and documents relevant in the media industry.

Shivani Misra is an Associate at TMT Law Practice with keen interest in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. After completing her schooling from the prestigious LaMartiniere Girls College, Shivani studied at O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat where she developed an inclination towards Intellectual Property Rights. Anukriti Trivedi is an Associate at TMT Law Practice. Raghavi is a 2023 law graduate from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and one of the first openly transgender lawyers. Raghavi has a strong passion for the intersection of law and gender.
