Gaurav Pandey is a Senior Associate at TMT Law Practice, where his practice spans technology, media, and telecommunications law, covering regulatory filings, compliance advisory, transactional work, and policy advocacy. He graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, where he developed an interest in technology law, intellectual property, and the regulatory frameworks governing financial instruments and emerging technologies.

He advises clients on telecom and satellite licensing, data governance, media and content transactions, foreign investment structuring, and corporate-commercial matters. A regular part of his work involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, preparing regulatory correspondence, and supporting clients on market-entry and risk questions in heavily regulated sectors. He has built particular familiarity with India's telecom and space regulatory framework, and also maintains a commercial contracts practice across the media, technology, e-commerce, and sports sectors.

Outside the office, Gaurav follows football and likes to read, particularly science fiction and postmodern literature.

Siddhant Gupta is a Principal Associate at TMT Law Practice, with deep expertise in product advisory for clients across the entirety of the digital economy sector. His practice focuses on general corporate advisory, data privacy, technology transactions, and regulatory compliance. Siddhant works closely with start-ups, scale-ups, and multinational companies on structuring commercial arrangements, managing legal risks, and navigating India's evolving tech regulatory landscape. He also provides strategic legal support to clients operating in the fintech, gaming, digital media, and e-commerce industries.

Ajshal C A is a technology lawyer with a strong focus on commercial technology transactions and data protection advisory. He also counsels clients on open-source compliance and cybersecurity issues, delivering clear and practical solutions to tech-driven organizations. He has experience advising on regulatory and commercial issues in the telecom and satellite communications sector, supporting clients on licensing, compliance, and cross-border technology considerations.

Ricab Chand has been practicing law for over 17 years and has extensive experience in the field of civil and commercial litigation.

He completed BBM (Bachelors of Business Management) from PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore in the year 2000, followed by LLB (Bachelors of Law) from Symbiosis Societys Law College in the year 2004. He began his career as Litigation Associate with Mulla & Mulla & Cragie Blunt and Caroe, Mumbai and Litigation Associate at DSK Legal, Mumbai. Thereafter, he has been doing litigation and did counsel practice for several years in and from the chambers of Senior Counsel Mr. Arshad Hidayatullah and did several matters before various High Courts, Tribunals and Administrative Authorities.

He appears regularly in the High Courts, Trial Courts and various Tribunals in Bangalore and Mumbai. He has practiced extensively in the field of civil and commercial litigation including in Writ Petitions, Indirect Taxation, Arbitrations, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, IPR.
